PTU FM series; MDI-Based Flexible Foam Systems
PTU supplies formulated MDI-based flexible polyurethane (PU) foam systems used by foam manufacturers to produce moulded cushioning components for transport seating applications.
The formulations can be developed to provide a balance of comfort, support, resilience and durability for seating exposed to frequent and demanding use. Depending on the application, PTU systems can be formulated across a range of densities and hardness levels and can be available with fire-performance characteristics suited to specified transport requirements.
