Discontinuous panel

Rigid Foam Systems

Rigid Polyurethane foam is extensively used to make Structural Insulation Panels (SIPs) by the Discontinuous process.  Panels up to 6 metres in length are produced in Hydraulicly-clamped press units. The surface facings may be steel or cement sheet or similar and are located on the upper and lower press platens. The rigid foam system is injected into the cavity between the platens.

Ideal for cold storage, clean rooms, and modular structures, these panels contribute to greener building projects by reducing energy usage and supporting long-term sustainability. With enhanced durability and excellent resistance to moisture and chemical exposure, PU discontinuous panels combine functionality with forward-thinking design.

Our PU systems use zero ODP blowing agents with low Global Warming Potential and can help projects meet green building certifications such as LEED or EDGE.
