Product description

Our MDI-based Prepolymer Binders are single-component, moisture-curing systems designed for durable and environmentally responsible binding applications. These binders are widely used to re-bond rubber crumb in sports surfaces and soft playground areas, delivering strong adhesion, elasticity, and long-term resilience under outdoor and high-impact conditions.

In addition to recycled rubber applications, the binders are highly effective in chipfoam production, enabling the reuse of waste flexible foam to create durable, cushioned products with consistent mechanical performance. Their elastomeric nature provides excellent shock absorption and weather resistance, supporting safe and comfortable surfaces in both recreational and functional environments.

The versatility of these binders extends to permeable paving and coastal protection systems, where they bind aggregates and small stones into open-pore structures. This allows controlled water ingress for stormwater management and provides structurally sound revetments capable of absorbing wave energy, helping to reduce surface runoff and prevent coastal erosion while supporting sustainable infrastructure design.

Product Benefits

PU-bonded rubber

A safe option in Children's playgrounds Withstands weathering Is resilient and durable, provides cushioning and slip-resistance

Low VOC & Solvent-Free

Supports safer working environments.

Permeable Paving

Used to bind aggregate to form permeable paving that allows water ingress and becomes a major component of stormwater management

Coastal Protection

Elastomeric binders are used to bind broken or crushed rock and stone into revetements that are structurally sound with an open pore composition that absorbs powerful storm surges to help prevent coastal erosion.

Excellent Weather & UV Resistance

Maintains performance and structural integrity under long-term outdoor exposure.

Supports Recycling & Circular Economy

Enables the reuse of rubber and foam waste materials in high-value, durable applications.
